I really dislike flash... especially when you go into a site to look for something and get caught up in their intro/splash/video stuff, which you have to find your way out of in order to get to where you want to go. Most of the time, if I have to wait for a page to load too long, I just hit the back button and leave. It's not worth my precious time.
